Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- Strong experience with Next.js (frontend + API routes/server actions)
- Backend development experience with Python & PHP
- Strong WordPress development and customization experience
- Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services
- Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, Firebase, Supabase)
- Experience building internal dashboards, control panels, and automation tools
- Experience implementing AI integrations (LLMs, AI APIs, AI-powered workflows)
- Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Render, Vercel)
- Proficient with Git and version control workflows
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and refactoring skills
- Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code / technical documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively during EST hours
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable working within project management systems (ClickUp or similar)
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Advanced experience building automation workflows in n8n
- Experience optimizing automation-heavy or integration-heavy systems
- Experience working in a digital agency or SaaS environment
- Light DevOps or infrastructure experience (CI/CD, deployment pipelines)
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal automation tools and workflows
- Build and extend Next.js frontends and backend services
- Develop backend services in Python and PHP
- Integrate APIs, AI services, databases, and WordPress systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation and system issues
- Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability of internal tools
- Create and maintain internal dashboards and control panels
- Write and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate closely with the Product team
