Urgent! Fullstack Developer – Python/React Jobs | CGI
Position Description:
Our CGI team encompasses all IT departments responsible for the development and operation of the organization's information systems and technological infrastructure.
This position is within the Capital Markets team.
This division is responsible for all IT projects for the Global Markets (GMD) business line.
The CGI Associate's primary mission is to provide and maintain a web application dedicated to control, monitoring, first-line defense activities, and reporting for Trading desk managers, as part of the implementation of regulatory recommendations.
This mission involves close collaboration with numerous internal departments (IT, HR, Compliance, Middle Office, etc.).
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Participate in the maintenance (support, development) of current tools (while respecting CACIB standards: CI/CD, Unit Testing).
• Participate in the development of Web tools (React/Python/ELK Stack/SQL).
• Work as part of a team using Agile practices and collaborate with product owners.
• Maintain strong relationships with all requested departments and users
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• 5+ years of experience related to the position
• Solid full-stack development skills with Python (Flask framework) for the backend and JavaScript (React.js) for the frontend.
• Experience with relational databases (such as MS SQL).
• Good knowledge of version control systems, particularly GitHub or GitLab, and issue-tracking tools like JIRA.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills, able to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English, with the ability to adapt communication style to the audience*
*Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role.
The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications.
Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,–$,00.
