Role Overview

Jumpfactor Marketing is seeking a Full-Stack Developer (Automation & Internal Tools) with 4+ years of hands‑on experience building modern web applications and internal systems.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
  • Strong experience with Next.js (frontend + API routes/server actions)
  • Backend development experience with Python & PHP
  • Strong WordPress development and customization experience
  • Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services
  • Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, Firebase, Supabase)
  • Experience building internal dashboards, control panels, and automation tools
  • Experience implementing AI integrations (LLMs, AI APIs, AI-powered workflows)
  • Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Render, Vercel)
  • Proficient with Git and version control workflows
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and refactoring skills
  • Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code / technical documentation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively during EST hours
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working within project management systems (ClickUp or similar)

Nice-to-Have Experience

  • Advanced experience building automation workflows in n8n
  • Experience optimizing automation-heavy or integration-heavy systems
  • Experience working in a digital agency or SaaS environment
  • Light DevOps or infrastructure experience (CI/CD, deployment pipelines)

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain internal automation tools and workflows
  • Build and extend Next.js frontends and backend services
  • Develop backend services in Python and PHP
  • Integrate APIs, AI services, databases, and WordPress systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve automation and system issues
  • Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability of internal tools
  • Create and maintain internal dashboards and control panels
  • Write and maintain technical documentation
  • Collaborate closely with the Product team

Job Type

  • Full-Time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, EST hours)
  • Independent Contractor with a time-tracker (HubStaff)
  • 100% Remote
